Time to Change the Narrative
‘Life After Loss’ is a documentary created to bring light and truth to the struggles faced by black and brown women as they quietly suffer through miscarriage, infant loss, and infertility. It is a platform to empower and give voices to these many times unnoticed women. ‘Life After Loss’ calls on women, professionals, and families to tell their story and be a rally cry to doctors, nurses, doulas, and therapists to rise to the task, and provide the same level of care and support that is given other women. We need all women united to bring about necessary change for now and the future.
The documentary will discuss issues such as maternal mortality, infertility, grief, miscarriage, and still birth. Doulas, doctors, therapists, and women who have experienced these struggles first-hand will be asked to share their stories.

Silent No More is a powerful documentary that delves into the profound impact of sexual assault on individuals of color. Through the intimate and courageous stories of four survivors, this film sheds light on the often-overlooked experiences of trauma within marginalized communities.
Each survivor shares their personal journey, from the initial shock and devastation of the assault to the arduous process of healing and empowerment. The film explores the physical, emotional, and psychological scars left by sexual violence, as well as the systemic barriers that can hinder survivors' paths to justice and recovery.
By giving voice to these brave individuals, Silent No More aims to challenge societal silence and stigma surrounding sexual assault. It seeks to inspire hope, empathy, and action, while advocating for greater awareness, support, and justice for all survivors.
